"This standard establishes rules of formation of the technical project on designing of a COMPLEX ENGINEERING DESIGNS FOR LOW-RISE BUILDINGS AND COTTAGES. This standard positions are applied to again under construction and restored buildings. The standard pursues the aim to be a management for investors, architects, experts in the field of engineering subsystems on drawing up of the technical project on designing of a complex of systems of intellectualization of a building. This standard offers a rule of formation of the technical project on designing of a complex of systems of automation and management of engineering subsystems of a building: telephone and computer Networks, video observation, the access control, network of transfer of a television signal, acoustic support, the alarm system, scheduling, an uninterrupted food and the rack-mount equipment, network of transfer of an infra-red signal, — providing building functioning as intellectual object.
